Our coffees are organic, fair-traded coffee, roasted and blended by a local supplier.  Our milk and sweeteners are limited to natural products: (Raw Cane Sugar, Honey, Agave, Stevia).  We offer the standard list of coffee drinks and assorted teas.

Our food items are a organic and natural as possible, avoiding food additives and common allergens.  We offer soft drinks tha use agave juice, natural fruit , or cane and beet sugar.  This is an expensive and difficult track, and we will be adjusting all the time to make sure that our purchasing and preparation prodedures meet our goals.

We offer wine, beer and some after dinner drinks, such as irish coffee, for our evening hours.  The evening food will include fruit and cheese plates and a fruit, cheese and meat plate.  From time to tim specialty deserts will be added to go along with your coffee
